We had the job of fitting fascia, soffit and guttering to a house in the park cabinteely last saturday,
the client was having exterior insulation fitted so needed to ensure he had decent gutters which would not leak onto the insulation.
We fitted underfelt support tray first, this is really important even though it cannot be seen it keeps the rainwater from infiltrating the eaves and causing dampness in the roof and ceilings of the house.
